Kierster Causing is a full-time fitness coach and dedicated runner who transitioned from graphic design to pursue a career centered on genuine client transformation. He founded LFG Club, a community built around personal growth and fitness, and has completed multiple marathons including a 42km race and a 21km race in Singapore where he achieved his sub-2-hour goal despite illness and personal loss. His coaching philosophy centers on helping people find their own goals, build sustainable habits, and show up consistently, even when conditions are far from perfect. He also plays in the band The B Kids.
